4月13-14日,康德教育集团2017全国市场培训会议在武汉顺利展开。来自康德全国各中心的20余名市场代表参加了此次培训。第一天,会议系统梳理了总部职能与业务发展方向,展示了集团经典市场案例;各中心优秀市场代表作精彩发言,分享各自在招生与市场工作中收获的经验与教训。第二天,各中心代表以workshop的形式分组展开讨论,从校区与课程卖点提炼到市场活动策划,从招生政策制定到升学成果包装,主题丰富多样。所有参会成员积极参与讨论,各抒己见,两天的会议在全体人员中引起热烈反响。
On April 13th and 14th, around 20 marketing representatives from Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, and Suzhou attended Cogdel National Marketing Training, 2017, which was successfully held in Wuhan. On the first day, senior management introduced the functions of headquarters, BD directions, and classic marketing case. Marketing representatives from different centers also delivered presentations on their admission and marketing work. On the second day, representatives were divided into groups and had discussions on various topics. All members actively engaged in discussions and heartily expressed unique and critical ideas on different marketing modules.
本次会议旨在更好地加强校区交流,经验互享;帮助大家反思自己的市场工作,克服工作中遇到的瓶颈,将培训中收获的方法逐渐运用到日后的工作中去,以便促进项目更好的推广和发展。同时,本次市场部培训会议的圆满举行也为下一次全国市场培训奠定了良好的基础,相信在所有人的努力下,康德集团全国市场部的能力会越来越强。
The whole training aimed to enhance communications between different centers, encouraged them to reflect on their own work and then gradually to employ those useful and applicable marketing methods into their future work, thus pushing forward the development of each program.
